EMMY-Time The Electro-Fish documentary film Ghost Town: 24 Hours in Terlingua was honored by the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences' Lone Star Region with an EMMY for Outstanding Achievement in Documentary. Electro-Fish was also honored with an EMMY nomination for Outstanding Achievement in Editing. Attending the ceremony and pictured above are John Mckallip, Cile Spelce Elley and Chris Elley.
NEW EMMY AWARD! The Electro-Fish series "Visit Loudoun" was just awarded an EMMY Award in Washington, DC on Saturday, June 6. The series was honored for Outstanding Achievement in Cultural/Heritage Programming by the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Capital Region. What's with the Name? Electro-fishing is a real word. It means "the taking of many fish by a system based on their tendency to respond positively to a direct electric current."
